Bio
Jaume Plensa's pieces (Barcelona, 1955) are part of the urban and natural landscape of many places around the world and have transformed the experience of the place where they have been located. Plensa has received numerous awards such as the medal of Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres by the french Culture Ministry (1993), the Velázquez Plastic Arts Award (2013) or the Global Fine Art Award (2015) in the 56th Venice Biennale.
