Sol Echevarría

(Buenos Aires, 1983)

Writer, editor, researcher, and independent curator. She holds a degree in Literature (UBA), a specialization in Visual Arts (UNTREF), and participated in the Artists, Critics, and Curators Program (UTDT). Her projects revolve around the intersection of literature, essay, and visual arts. She founded and directed the cultural magazine No Retornable for ten years and the contemporary art gallery Acéfala for five. She currently directs FAN, a space dedicated to research, the exhibition of contemporary art projects, and the development of experimental publications; co-directs Excursiones, a publishing label focused on contemporary Latin American essays and visual arts; and serves as the art editor for the cultural magazine Otra Parte.
