Galería del Paseo was founded in 1998 in Uruguay and since then it has developed a program of activities aimed at promoting Latin American artists in the line of contemporary creation.
Initially placed in the historic district of Montevideo, the gallery moved to Punta del Este in 2004, where exhibitions are held throughout the year. Since 2013, a new space opened in Lima, Peru where a leading group of Peruvian contemporary artists was incorporated.
