With more than fifteen years of experience since the creation of the Pinta brand in 2007, and with a sustained impact through programs such as Pinta Asunción Art Week—developed over four consecutive years—and the consolidation of Pinta Panama Art Week with its second edition in 2026, Pinta continues to expand its network of Art Weeks as platforms for activation, visibility, and exchange for the region’s artistic scenes.
Within this framework, Pinta Santo Domingo Art Week emerges from an interest in deepening dialogue with the Caribbean and continuing to build bridges between cities, with the aim of supporting their growth, strengthening their regional projection, and integrating them into broader conversations within the Latin American and international circuits.
Santo Domingo stands as a key territory where history, living culture, and contemporary art converge. Its identity—shaped by the intersection of cultural heritages, orality, rhythm, and a strong presence of the body and music in artistic practices—forms a vibrant and singular scene.
Pinta Santo Domingo Art Week aims to highlight the city as a meeting point between local scenes and international perspectives, showcasing its tangible and intangible heritage and amplifying the impact of its cultural scene in dialogue with other cities in the region.
Dates, news, and the 2026 agenda will be announced shortly.
