Martín Bordenave. Visual artist. He has been exhibiting his work professionally since 2013, participating in solo and group exhibitions at galleries and at national and international fairs (Buenos Aires, Tokyo, Milan, Lima, Houston, NYC, Miami, Basel). He has participated in BA Photo continuously since 2015.
Statement
There is always something beyond what meets the eye.
"I explore solitude, diversity, opposites, and a sense of abandonment."
I work in a digital format, using direct black and white.
I do not see what is; I see what I am.
The fantastic is a possibility.
I seek to spark questions and create stories, allowing the viewer to construct their own narrative.
Straight lines, curves, and diagonals intermingle with deep shadows and bold contrasts.
