She is the author of the books: Colores de Corrientes, Cielos Patagónicos, Tierra de Gauchos, Patagonia Sur, Sentir Areco, Tierra Adentro, Argentina, and Hilando Culturas.
Through Céline's eyes, we step into her world to return to nature — to find the grand within the simple. In "Lo que está ahí" ("What Is There")
Statement
"As a child I grew up inland, among the gauchos. And I always find myself wanting to return to those experiences. To portray that sense of belonging they gave me. The beauty of nature and culture. The power I feel in those places.
In my work, I don't intend to build an epic of a rigid gaucho, as a national symbol, but rather to approach his humanity and capture that intimate relationship with the land. The gaucho as a real, present-day figure, yet wrapped in his own mystique, silent, shaped by time and landscape."
