Carolina Canziani
Bio
Carolina Canziani is a lawyer and photographer. Her artistic production stems from the need to channel a deep sensibility, finding in photography a way to translate emotional and introspective states into visible matter. In her images, she prioritizes the construction of atmospheres over the mere documentation of scenes, exploring how light, framing, and silence alter our perception of reality.
She began her photographic training with Juano Tesone and continues developing her body of work under the guidance of Gonzalo Lauda and Diego Ortiz Mujica. Through a gaze that探 explores strength, calm, and landscape, her authorial practice has become a fundamental pillar of her life, conceiving the discipline as a bridge between the sensitive realm and the visual territory.
Statement
My images are generally a direct reflection of my emotional state and the circumstances I'm going through at the moment I take them. My goal is to capture a range of emotions and atmospheres, from strength and determination to solitude and introspection. To achieve this, I focus on how light, composition, and framing can amplify the feeling I want to convey. My intention is for each photograph to be not only a visual representation but also an emotional evocation that connects with the viewer on a deeper level. I was once told that my photography conveys harmony and peace — I hope that's my signature
