Claribel-Terré-Moreli

Claribel Terré Morell (Cuba, 1963) is a Cuban-Argentine journalist, writer, and cultural manager based in Buenos Aires. She is one of the few women in Latin America who research and write about art crime while also working to promote a positive understanding of art collecting and the dynamics of the art market. Her work spans journalism and communication, research and conversation, and cultural institutions and their audiences, helping bridge worlds that often remain disconnected.

She is the author of seven books, including Traidores del arte, and the creator of the projects Secretos de coleccionistas and Esto es arte. Her research takes shape in articles, podcasts, books, and public events.

She writes for the Argentine newspapers Clarín and La Nación, is the editor of Be Cult magazine, works as a press officer for cultural institutions, and runs a communications and cultural press consultancy.

She presents her research at universities, museums, and other venues connected to the subjects she explores, including the Complutense University of Madrid, the University of Salamanca, the University of Córdoba in Spain, Argentina’s National Endowment for the Arts (Fondo Nacional de las Artes), and the National Museum of Fine Arts, among others, in Argentina and abroad.
