Haroldo Higa
Visual artist and educator, based in Lima, Peru. He holds a degree in Fine Arts from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, where he received the Criticism Award, and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management, Heritage, and Tourism.
His practice focuses on sculpture, with a trajectory that includes solo and group exhibitions in Peru and abroad, as well as participation in fairs and biennials. He also studied at the Okinawa Prefectural University of Arts in Japan.
His work is part of public and private collections in Peru and internationally. He currently teaches at Corriente Alterna and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, and coordinates initiatives related to the Nikkei community and emerging artists.
