OSGEMEOS (b. 1974, São Paulo, Brazil), translated as “THETWINS”, Gustavo and Otavio Pandolfo, have worked together since birth. As children growing up in the streets of the traditional district of Cambuci (SP), they developed a distinct way of playing and communicating through artistic language.
Statement
The Gêmeos are a pair of graffiti brothers from São Paulo, born in 1974, whose real names are Otávio Pandolfo and Gustavo Pandolfo. Graduated in communication design at the Carlos de Campos State Technical School, they started painting graffiti in 1990 in the neighborhood in which they grew up, Cambuci, and gradually became one of the most important influences on the São Paulo scene, helping to define a Brazilian style of graffiti.
