Elena González
Spanish cultural manager specialized in international cultural management and cooperation. She is currently director of the Cultural Center of Spain in Panama. Her work focuses on cultural policy, artistic freedom of expression, cultural rights, cultural industries, the 2030 Agenda, and intercultural dialogue. She previously served as Deputy Director of Culture at AECID in Madrid and Deputy Director of Casa Árabe, and has also worked with institutions such as Casa de América, the Community of Madrid, and the Círculo de Bellas Artes.
