Juan Canela
Spanish curator, born in 1980, living and working in Panama City. He is currently Chief Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Panama. He recently curated the Projects section of ARTBO Bogotá (2024), co-curated the 23rd Paiz Art Biennial in Guatemala (2023), and served as Artistic Director of ZsONAMACO in Mexico City (2020–2023). He has developed curatorial projects with institutions such as Fundación Jumex, CA2M, Tabakalera, Fundació Miró, and MAMM Medellín, among others.
