Bio
(Santiago, 1990). Graduated in Art and Cultural Management at Instituto Profesional AIEP in 2013, he worked as a teacher and assistant professor in various subjects between 2014-2015.
He has had exhibitions in Chile and abroad; in places such as Feria Ch.ACO (Santiago, Chile), Galería Prima (Santiago, Chile), Museo de Arte Contemporáneo de Lima PARC (Lima, Peru), Pinta Miami (Miami, United States), Art Gallery 1d3 By Nomos (Palm Desert, United States), Bienal SP-Arte São Paulo (Sao Paulo, Brazil), Galería Contempo (Sao Paulo, Brazil), D. Luis I Foundation (Cascais, Portugal), among others.
Statement
He is a visual artist dedicated to painting and engraving. His work consists of the materialization of a conceptual research in the two-dimensional plane. From the exploration of different thematic, psychological and scientific universes, the artist abstracts, appropriates and projects certain concepts in a geometric, optical and kinetic proposal.
His work moves from his own meanings to a careful composition of lines mathematically calculated and dynamized by color, which is finally realized in a rigorous painting on wood, capable of inducing new and vibrant visual configurations. Abstract forms, which sometimes even suggestively seek a return to an image, tension his paintings, constituting visual fields that stimulate the imagination.
