Libertad Rojo

Bio

Libertad Rojo (Panama, 1992) is a Panamanian artist interested in the mystical and the communitary. She is a founding member of the artist collective Nuestra (2019), with whom she has developed a unique work methodology. Her work explores futures, desire and transformation from a poetic and experimental perspective. She has participated in exhibitions such as TropicoGráficoMágico (2022), Arcanos Cercanos (2024) y Cúmulus: 10+ años de Estudio Nuboso (2024), all in MAC Panamá.

Statement

Libertad Rojo works with an intuitive, process-oriented focus, pointing towards reflection and imagination to develop a language that explores human experience through diverse mediums.
