Statement
He began developing as a visual artist in 1980, creating figurative paintings, such as unidentified landscapes. Throughout his career, he expanded his experimentation into the field of abstraction, also producing drawings, photographs, and collages. His research emphasizes the relationships between the materiality of paint and composition, highlighting the process of interpreting the image. In his works, he uses letters and words sometimes as symbols, sometimes as poetic experiences, addressing themes from the history of art itself.
